Verano products are deliverable worldwide, subject to shipping and customs fees.

How can I keep track of my purchases?

You can track your purchases by going to your profile, in the "Orders" section.

Click on the order you wish to track, and you will have access to the Colissimo or Chronopost tracking link.

Comment renvoyer un produit pour un changement de taille ou d'avis ?

Vous avez 15 jours après la réception d'un produit pour le renvoyer dans son état d'origine et complet (étiquettes d'origines attachées, emballage garantissant son intégrité lors de l'acheminement pour le retour).

Dirigez-vous dans votre espace compte dans "Mes commandes/Demande de retour" pour effectuer votre demande.

ATTENTION

N'oubliez pas d'indiquer les raisons du retour.

Seul le premier retour dans les délais prévus est pris en charge par Verano. Si vous souhaitez de nouveau échanger votre produit, les frais de port seront à votre charge.

Retours hors de France :

Pour vos retours de produits, lorsque vous vous trouvez hors UE, merci de mentionner sur votre document une valeur de 0 € (car il s'agit d'un retour). Nous ne prenons en revanche pas en charge les frais de port hors France. Vous devez alors nous envoyer votre produit à votre charge à l'adresse : VERANO C/O RACER 40 RUE DU LANGUEDOC 11200 LEZIGNAN CORBIERES France.

INFORMATION : Si vous envoyez votre retour avec les frais de port et les taxes dues, nous ne pourrons les accepter.

Comment renvoyer un produit défectueux ?

Lorsque vous achetez un produit VERANO, vous bénéficiez d'une garantie de 2 ans suivant la date d'achat.

  1. Produit défectueux et acheté il y a moins de 30 jours.
    - Achat sur racer1927.com : Vous pouvez procéder à la demande de retour via votre compte client dans "Mes commandes / Détails" (modifier le lien).
    - Achat sur un site ou une boutique partenaire : Vous pouvez vous rendre sur la page de notre service SAV et ouvrir un dossier de prise en charge.
  2. Produit défectueux et acheté il y a moins de 2 ans.
    Achat sur veranoparis.com : Vous pouvez envoyer un mail à nos services : serviceclients@veranoparis.com avec la facture ainsi qu’une photo de l’article. Les modalités à suivre vous seront expliquées pas à pas.
    IMPORTANT : Pensez à télécharger votre preuve d'achat, obligatoire pour toute demande.
  3. Produit défectueux et acheté il y a plus de 2 ans.
    Votre produit n'est malheureusement plus sous garantie. Vous fournir des produits vous permettant d'évoluer dans vos activités en toute sérénité et protection fait partie intégrante de notre ADN. Nous prenons grand soin à toujours proposer des produits qui respectent nos engagements. L'ancienneté de votre article ne nous permet de vous tant pas d'atteindre ce niveau d'exigence, nous ne pouvons procéder à un échange.

What is the after-sales procedure?

For any after-sales service request, you can email our services at: serviceclients@veranoparis.com with the invoice and a photo of the item. The steps to follow will be explained to you step by step.

INFORMATION: For France, if your purchase is less than 3 months old, we will provide you with a return label. If the purchase is older than 3 months, the return shipping costs will be at your expense, and DDP is mandatory.

Care recommendations for Verano products

  • Never store your clothes in an airtight bag or box. Humidity can cause mold to appear.
  • Never machine wash or tumble dry your products, and no dry cleaning.
  • For drying (to be adjusted) :
    • Ideally, let your clothes dry in the open air.
    • Avoid drying in a dryer or with a direct heat source (heater, fireplace, hair dryer...) as it may damage your fabrics.

How do I wash my Verano products?

The ideal is to wash the products at 40°C without using solvents.

WARNING! Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not machine wash your items above 60°C, as this may damage the quality of the fabrics.

Can I iron my Verano products?

The products have been designed to require simple maintenance, but ironing is, of course, possible.
