PREAMBLE

The purpose of these General Sales Conditions is to govern the contractual relationships between you (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the Company VERANO, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 105,000.00 euros, whose registered office is located at 305 Allées de Craponne 13300 Salon-de-Provence, registered with the Salon-de-Provence Trade and Companies Register under the number 927 791 681, with VAT number FR19927791681, and whose contact email address is serviceclients@veranoparis.com (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

The Company sells clothing and, more generally, all products, articles, materials, and services related to the fields of health, care, hygiene, well-being, or beauty.

The Company will supply the goods to the Customer in accordance with the general conditions defined below. The Customer declares that they are aware of and accept the sales conditions.

Any other conditions are excluded and shall not apply without the prior written consent of the Company.

The mere fact of placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these general conditions.

As a result, the Customer is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions of these conditions.

Article 1: PURPOSE

1.1. The general sales conditions described below detail the rights and obligations of the Company and its Customer in the context of the sale of goods.

1.2. When the goods are sold by the Company to professionals acting in the course of their professional activity, Customers cannot invoke the provisions of the Consumer Code, including the right of withdrawal.

However, when the Customers acquire goods sold by the Company outside the course of their professional activity, they may invoke the provisions of the Consumer Code, including the right of withdrawal.

1.3. These general sales conditions apply regardless of the clauses that appear in the Customer's documents, including their general conditions of purchase.

Article 2: CONTRACTUAL SCOPE

2.1. These GTC, as well as, if applicable, the special sales conditions and/or the quote or purchase order, express the entire agreement between the parties. Therefore, they cannot rely on any other document, contract, or previous exchanges prior to the validation of the purchase order.

2.2. When they exist for certain products, the special sales conditions specify or complement these GTC. In case of contradiction between the special sales conditions and these GTC, the provisions of the special sales conditions shall prevail.

2.3. In the event that any provision of these GTC is declared null or unenforceable by a competent court, the other provisions shall remain fully in force and shall be interpreted in a manner that respects the original intention of the parties.

2.4. The Company may modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those that are available online on the website www.veranoparis.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

The Customer acknowledges and accepts them without reservation by simply placing an order.
